The main contents of the Tainan B&B Business Agreement include:

4. In order to create regional prosperity, B&B operators should fulfill their responsibilities as B&B hosts, help promote citizen diplomacy, and help residents understand the city's cultural and historical features.

Mayor Huang Weizhe said that Tainan has diverse cultures, as well as historical features, natural landscapes, agriculture, forestry, fishery, animal husbandry and other experiential tourism features.
