In order to make Tainan B&Bs more sustainable and in line with international standards, they have jointly promoted the formulation of the "Tainan B&B Management Convention" with the Tainan B&B Cultural Development Association. The MGTO will launch education and training on the B&B Business Convention again today (3rd) at the Tainan Service Office of the Tourism Service Center of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications. The main contents of the Tainan B&B Business Agreement include:

(2) In order to maintain the peace of the alleys, the property owners are requested to ask residents to lower the volume and refuse visitors after 10 pm. Venues with indoor amusement facilities should have sound insulation equipment and set up a 24-hour contact window.
(3) To maintain public safety, operators should proactively provide parking guidance information to residents and strengthen their own disaster prevention and relief capabilities.
(4) In order to create regional prosperity, B&B operators should fulfill their responsibilities as B&B hosts, help promote citizen diplomacy, and help residents understand the city’s cultural and historical features.
