The "National Mountaineering Day" hiking activity, sponsored by the Mountain Association of the Republic of China and jointly guided by the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education and the Tainan City Government, was grandly launched at the Hutoupi Scenic Area on October 15. The opening location was selected at the Hutoupi Camping Area.
