Lin Guohua, director of the Tourism Bureau, said that as of September 11, 2020, 226 hotels and 452 B&Bs had been inspected this year, for a total of 678 inspections. In addition to irregular joint inspections on weekdays, the prices sold by operators were checked. Except for special circumstances, in the event of consecutive holidays and festivals, we will also actively safeguard the rights and interests of consumers. In September 2012, we carried out a joint inspection of hotel booking information during the Mid-Autumn Festival and Double Ten holidays. The inspection results found that some operators did not disclose room prices and room rates on site. The room price plus a 10% service charge and the total amount exceeds the reported room price, etc. The Tourism Bureau once again reminds industry operators not to take chances. If the price is clearly disclosed and the information is transparent, both consumers will benefit from it and there will be no disputes with each other. According to the "Standardized Contract Template for Individual Tourist Reservations" announced by the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (formerly the Tourism Bureau), the review period is at least one day. , that is, consumers have the right to review the content of the contract before entering into a contract. According to the provisions of "What should and should not be recorded in a standardized contract for individual passenger reservations", the standardized contract for individual passenger reservations should record relevant important matters, such as the total price of the room (including taxes and service charges), payment method, and products included in the room price. If the contract is terminated, the operator may be required to handle the matter according to the prescribed basis and refund the deposit or total house price proportionally.
