Objects of the subsidy

5.
Amount of subsidy : The award (subsidy) amount of this plan is NT$800 per person per group (the same below); the amount of award (subsidy) applied by each travel agency is capped at 100,000 yuan until the funds are exhausted .
6.
Review criteria for the itinerary of this case :
(1) The group participants must be non- national tourists and the number of people must be more than 4 (including ), excluding drivers and tour guides.
(2) The departure date is not divided into weekdays or holidays, and the itinerary must be completed before November 30, 2012 at the latest.
(3) The itinerary must include the following:
  1. Lodging operators who have legally obtained licenses or registered in Tainan City for at least one night.
  2. There are at least 2 scenic spots in Tainan City, and the scenic spots are listed on the "Tainan Travel Net" as a principle. The website page should be attached when applying.
  3. At least 1 meal (excluding breakfast) in legal catering establishments in Tainan City.
  4. Use legal means of transportation.
(4) The applicant unit should submit an application 15 working days before the departure date (see Appendix 1: Itinerary Review and Mission Application Form, Appendix 2: Itinerary). The group departure number is used for future payment verification and write-off. The applicant unit should allow the group to leave the group after the approval of the agency. The date of filing the application is the order of review.
(5) The operator shall implement the approved itinerary and the number of people, and report to the agency if any adjustment is required.
7. Ways to apply for verification and write-off:
(1) The applicant unit should send the appropriation application information before 12/15 within 1 month from the day after the completion of each group's itinerary (if the tour group departs on 11/23-11/30, please send the application materials before 12/15 to facilitate review operation) to apply for funding by registered mail with the following documents (delivery address: Tourism Services Division, Tourism Bureau, Tainan City Government, 10th Floor, No. 6, Section 2, Yonghua Road, Anping District, Tainan City), and the date of acceptance shall be Prioritization of review; fund appropriation matters can only be handled after there are no omissions or errors in the materials.
(2) Documents for applying for write-off of this plan:
  1. Appropriation Application Form (Appendix 3).
  2. Proof of itinerary that meets the requirements of point 6 (3) (please refer to attachment 2 for the format, and a group photo of the tourist base must be attached as supporting information) .
  3. Certificate of liability insurance for tour group.
  4. (3) The agency may not accept the application submitted by the applicant unit if it fails to follow the procedures stipulated in the plan or fails to submit the required documents; after review, if it is necessary to supplement and correct relevant documents and materials, the agency may request to make corrections within a time limit, Explain or provide relevant supporting documents; for those who fail to make corrections, explain or provide relevant supporting documents within the time limit, or are found to be inconsistent with the provisions of this plan after review, the agency may not grant the subsidy and simply reject the subsidy application .
(4) Applications submitted after the time limit specified in Paragraph 1 (as evidenced by the postmark) may not be accepted. (5) If the difference between the estimated number of group departures and the actual number of departure groups exceeds 30% and reaches two groups, the agency may reject the subsequent application of the applicant unit.

(6) This program cannot be applied for repeatedly with other subsidy programs (programs) of the central and local governments.

(7) The agency reserves the right to make final revisions, changes, and event interpretations.
8. If the applicant unit has one of the following circumstances, the agency may not grant the award (subsidy); if the award (subsidy) has been approved or approved, it may be revoked or abolished, and may be ordered to issue a written administrative sanction depending on the severity of the circumstances. Return all or part of the awards (subsidies):
(1) Obtaining rewards (subsidies) by fraud, bribery, coercion or other improper means.
(2) The application documents and materials are concealed or false.

(3) The application project has already received rewards, subsidies or subsidies of the same nature in accordance with other laws and regulations.

(4) Avoiding, hindering or refusing to send personnel from the agency to check the implementation of the award.
In case of any of the circumstances specified in Subparagraph 1 or Subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph, the agency may stop providing various awards (subsidies) to the applicant unit for three years.
9. Application case review standards and operating procedures:
(1) After an agency accepts an application for a subsidy case, it should log in to the Civil Society Subsidy (Donation) System (CGSS), and through the system, check whether the subsidy case has repeatedly applied for subsidy items to other agencies, exceeds the required funds, etc., and review and Items irrelevant to the plan or not in compliance with the regulations shall be used as a reference for approval and appropriation subsidies.
(2) The applicant unit shall properly keep all the original documents required for the application in accordance with the relevant regulations; when necessary, the Bureau may ask the applicant unit to provide an explanation and establish a control mechanism. If it is found that the government organization applying for the subsidy has not properly kept the original documents in accordance with the regulations, resulting in damage or loss, etc., the subsidy case or the government organization receiving the subsidy will be dealt with according to the severity of the case. Subsequent subsidies may be reduced or stopped for one to five years.
10. If there are any matters not covered in this plan, the provisions of "Tainan City Government's Implementation of Subsidy and Donation Budget for Non-Governmental Organizations and Individuals" and "Tainan City Government Tourism and Tourism Bureau's Operational Specifications for Non-Governmental Organization Subsidies" may be used mutatis mutandis.
11. Remarks:
