The general service area is located near the exit of the south ramp of the General Interchange of Tai 61. The access routes are perfect. The planned base area is 1.6 hectares, which is 6 times that of the Kouhu rest station. Its design concept will meet the goals of green building label, low-carbon label, WELL certification and net zero energy consumption building. Director Guo Zhenhui of the Tourism and Tourism Bureau of Tainan City Government said that this briefing also shared cases such as Yichuanchang Pastoral Square, the first road in Kanto, Japan, and successfully revitalized and transformed the local area, integrated local agriculture, animal husbandry and environmental resources, and actively formed alliances with the outside world.
