| The 2022 Taiwan International Orchid Exhibition has successfully concluded its 12-day curatorial activities from the opening on March 25 to April 5. Mayor Huang Weizhe said that this orchid exhibition attracted more than 200,000 people in total. The return of the International Orchid Exhibition is indeed very attractive to the public. The city government team continues to promote sustainable urban behavior, develop a circular economy, and achieve the goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050. Mayor Huang Weizhe specially invited all bureaus to plan for reuse, and asked The Tourism and Tourism Bureau is actively coordinating hotel hotels to adopt orchid pots that have been removed from the Orchid Exhibition, and design and arrange them in the hotel lobby to welcome guests. Director Guo Zhenhui of the Tourism and Tourism Bureau of the Tainan City Government stated that the flower species used in the curation of this orchid exhibition include about 200,000 orchids of hundreds of species such as Phalaenopsis, Dendrobium, Xianlu orchid, and they will not be lost with the end of the orchid exhibition.
