- The validity period of this certification is one year from the date of obtaining the certification, and may be extended by announcement if necessary. However, due to the easing or disappearance of the severe special infectious pneumonia epidemic, the certification was announced to be revoked.
- Those who apply for certification according to this plan, if the documents submitted are forged or false, shall not be approved; those who have already issued certification shall be revoked and relevant legal responsibilities shall be pursued.
- This bureau may conduct joint inspections with various agencies of the municipal government from time to time. If it is found that those who have obtained certification have not implemented epidemic prevention measures, they should improve within a time limit. If the improvement is not completed within the period or the circumstances are serious, the certification should be revoked; If there is a legal situation, the case should be transferred to the local health bureau for processing.
- Those who have obtained the certification shall not refuse, evade or hinder the inspection of the previous point; if there is a violation, the Bureau may revoke the certification.
