- The validity period of this certification is one year from the date of obtaining the certification, and it may be extended by announcement if necessary. - Those who apply for certification under this plan shall not be permitted if the documents submitted are forged or untrue; those who have been certified shall be revoked and be held accountable.
- The Bureau may conduct joint audits with various agencies under the municipal government from time to time, and find that those who have obtained certification have not implemented epidemic prevention measures, and should be improved within a time limit. If the improvement is not completed by the deadline or the circumstances are serious, the certification should be revoked; it violates the prevention and control of infectious diseases In case of legal affairs, the case shall be referred to the Health Bureau of the local government for handling.
- Those who have obtained certification shall not refuse, circumvent or hinder the previous inspection; if it violates, this bureau may revoke the certification.
