- To apply for the certification of this plan, you should fill in the application form and attach the application form, the photocopy of the accommodation business registration certificate and the epidemic prevention plan, as well as two copies of the plan, and submit it to the bureau’s commissioning unit, Tainan Hotel and Commercial Association, and the municipality directly under the Central Government of Tainan. The Hotel Business Association and the Tainan B&B Cultural Development Association filed applications, and after passing the examination, they will issue a certification mark.

- The validity period of this certification is one year from the date of obtaining the certification, and it may be extended by an announcement if necessary. However, due to the easing or disappearance of the severe and special infectious pneumonia epidemic, the certification was announced to be revoked.
- Those who apply for certification under this plan shall not be permitted if the documents submitted are forged or untrue; those who have been certified shall be revoked and be held accountable for related legal liabilities.
- The Bureau may conduct joint inspections with various agencies under the municipal government from time to time. If it is found that those who have obtained certification have not implemented epidemic prevention measures, they should be improved within a time limit. If the improvement is not completed by the deadline or the circumstances are serious, the certification should be revoked; it violates the prevention and control of infectious diseases. In case of legal affairs, the case shall be referred to the health bureau of the local government for handling.
- Those who have obtained certification shall not refuse, circumvent or hinder the previous inspection; if it violates, this bureau may revoke the certification.
