110 Years Tainan Local Industry Low-Carbon Tourism and Small Travel Promotion Plan (2nd Ladder)

1. The purpose of the plan: From 109 onwards, national tourism has become the focus of the development of the tourism industry due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia. In order to optimize Tainan's tourism products, cultivate a new style of national tourism, support the agricultural specialty and leisure and recreation industries in Tainan districts, and cultivate low-carbon tourism. To continue the environment and combine with other tourist transportation equipment to improve the quality of Tainan's tourism products, we plan to launch the "110-year Tainan Local Industry Low-Carbon Tourism Promotion Plan", which aims to attract people from all over the country to travel to Tainan while boosting Tainan's tourism and surrounding areas The industry, through the combination of different transportation equipment and low-carbon tourism, gives Tainan tourism new value and drives new opportunities in the international travel market.

5. Subsidy items and quota
Itinerary requires at least one night's accommodation in Tainan and travel to the administrative area during the agricultural product marketing activities in each administrative area of Tainan City, and must meet at least one of the following six subsidy items, and apply based on the eligible items. The order of acceptance is as follows: 1. Those who include the subsidy item (6) of this case in the itinerary; 2. Those who are out of the group at the end of June 110 will be accepted first.
(1) During the period of agricultural product marketing activities in various administrative districts of Tainan City, a subsidy of NT$200 per person for accommodation (not cumulative) will be provided for traveling to the administrative district.

(5) To dine at a low-carbon restaurant in Tainan City, with a subsidy of 100 yuan per person.

(6) Double-decker buses (20 people or more; chartered or general routes are acceptable) for the tour, with a daily subsidy of NT$2,500; the tour includes other public transportation vehicles (such as large buses) that move between scenic spots in Tainan City. Tainan buses, tourist buses, Taiwan Railways, bicycles, etc.) will receive an additional subsidy of 100 yuan per person for accommodation (the upper limit is 100 yuan per person without superposition mechanism), and the distance between the attractions must be at least 3 kilometers as shown on the Google map. Apply for subsidies.

(7) The Silaya National Scenic Area Management Office also provides free guided tours (worth 1,200 yuan) at Guantian Visitor Center, Nanhua Visitor Center, Batian and Yi Memorial Park, each providing a maximum of 50 elevators. (8) The Management Office of Yunjia South Coastal National Scenic Area provides a preferential plan for the on-site experience itinerary of North Gate and Mashagou (worth 200~1,000 yuan). This item is not included in the subsidy of this plan. Sixth, the review criteria of the case
(1) In this case, you need to stay in Tainan for at least one night before meeting the subsidy requirements.
(2) The subsidy in this case is limited to weekday accommodation days (Sunday to Thursday), and holidays are not included in the scope of subsidy.
(3) Accommodation must be arranged in tourist hotels, inns, and guest houses that have legally obtained licenses or registrations within the city, and use legal means of transportation.
(4) In addition to the items listed above, all operations shall comply with the provisions of the travel industry management rules.
(5) The itinerary proposed by the industry should be reviewed by the Bureau at least 15 calendar days before the departure date (application form is shown in Annex 1). After approval, the accepting unit will issue the approval code for use in future applications. If the accepted application quota has reached When the upper limit is reached, the case will stop accepting applications.
(6) The form of soliciting customers by the industry may accept online orders from passengers on the Internet in accordance with the regulations of the travel industry management rules.
(7) The business operator should actually implement the approved itinerary. If the itinerary needs to be adjusted, it must be reported to this bureau.
(8) The discounted tour fee paid by the travel agency and the subsidy paid by the Bureau shall be reported for business tax in accordance with the value-added and non-value-added business tax laws.
(9) As defined in the "Regulations on the Development of Public Transport", "public transport" refers to public and private public transport that has fixed routes (routes), schedules (voyages), stations and rates, and provides domestic passenger transport services Businesses include: urban passenger transportation industry, highway passenger transportation industry, railway transportation industry, mass rapid transit system transportation industry, ship transportation industry, passenger boat operation industry and civil aviation transportation industry.

Seven, the method of write-off request
(1) Each tour group should attach the following documents within one month after the completion of the itinerary (if it leaves the tour in December, it must be before December 31, 110), and send it to this bureau by personal delivery or registered mail for review (sending address: Tainan City Government Tourism and Tourism Bureau, 10th Floor, No. 6, Yonghua Road, Anping District, Tainan City, Tainan City Government Tourism Service Section), and the review order shall be based on the date of acceptance; funding can only be processed after the information is free of omissions and errors.
(2) Application documents for the allocation of this plan:

Itinerary (photos of travel to the administrative area during the industrial activity period must be attached as supporting information; applicants for public transportation other than sightseeing double-decker buses must attach photos of passengers taking public transportation as supporting information)
3. Travel group liability insurance policy (certificate)
4. The list of passengers approved and approved by the hotel industry in this city (including the passenger ID number and telephone number)
5. Photocopy of the rental vehicle
6. List of total expenditures (Annex III)
7. Original vouchers (original) of transportation expenses (double-decker bus), entrance fees, accommodation fees and consumption invoices

11. For those who include eco-friendly hotels and low-carbon restaurants in the itinerary, please check and print out the webpages of qualified travel shops or restaurants, and note the date of printing.

(3) The original vouchers mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be written off in the original, and shall not be replaced by photocopies or receipts for collection and forwarding. If the application fails to comply with the prescribed procedures or fails to submit the required documents, the Office may not accept it; after review, if it is necessary to make corrections or the relevant documents and materials or certificates are found to be suspicious, the Office may request a deadline to add corrections, explanations or provide relevant supporting documents; For those who can supplement, explain or provide relevant supporting documents or are inconsistent with the provisions of this plan after review, the Bureau may not grant subsidies and reject the subsidy application.
(4) Those who submit an application beyond the time limit specified in Paragraph 1 (based on the postmark) may not be accepted. However, in the case of the preceding paragraph, the application is deemed to be submitted within the time limit specified in the first paragraph. If 15 working days from the day after the notification is exceeded (based on the postmark), the application will not be accepted.
(5) This plan cannot be repeated with other subsidy plans (plans) of the central and local governments.
(6) If there are more than 60% difference between the estimated number of tours and the actual number of tours, and there are two tours, the Bureau may reject the subsequent application of the travel agency.
