5. Subsidy items and quota

The itinerary requires at least one night of legal accommodation in Tainan, and must meet at least one of the following six subsidy items, and apply based on the eligible items.
(1) During the period of agricultural product marketing activities in various administrative districts of Tainan City, a subsidy of NT$200 per person will be provided for traveling to the administrative district.

(5) For meals at low-carbon restaurants in Tainan City, a subsidy of 100 yuan per person will be given.

(6) Double-decker buses (20 people or more; chartered or general routes are acceptable) for the tour, and a daily subsidy of NT$2,500; the tour includes other public transportation vehicles (such as large buses) that move between scenic spots in Tainan City. Tainan buses, sightseeing buses, Taiwan Railways, bicycles, etc.) will receive an additional subsidy of 100 yuan per person for accommodation (the upper limit is 100 yuan per person without superposition mechanism), and the distance between the attractions must be at least 3 kilometers as shown on the Google map. Sixth, the review criteria of the case
(1) In this case, you need to stay in Tainan for at least one night before meeting the subsidy requirements.
(2) The subsidy in this case is limited to weekday accommodation days (Sunday to Thursday), and holidays are not included in the scope of subsidy.
(3) Accommodation must be arranged in tourist hotels, inns, and guest houses that have legally obtained licenses or registrations within the city, and use legal transportation.
(4) In addition to the items listed above, all operations shall comply with the provisions of the travel industry management rules.
(5) The itinerary proposed by the industry should be reviewed by the Bureau at least 15 calendar days before the departure date (application form is shown in Annex 1). After approval, the accepting unit will issue an approval code for use in future applications. If the accepted application quota has reached When the upper limit is reached, the case will stop accepting applications.
(6) The form of soliciting customers by the industry may accept online orders from passengers on the Internet in accordance with the travel industry management rules.
(7) The business operator should actually implement the approved itinerary. If the itinerary needs to be adjusted, it must be reported to this bureau.
(8) The discounted tour fee paid by the travel agency and the subsidy paid by the Bureau shall be reported for business tax in accordance with the value-added and non-value-added business tax laws.
(9) As defined in the "Regulations on the Development of Public Transport", "public transport" refers to public and private public transport with fixed routes (routes), schedules (voyages), stations and rates, and providing domestic passenger transport services Businesses include: urban automobile passenger transportation, highway automobile passenger transportation, railway transportation, mass rapid transit system transportation, ship transportation, passenger boat operation, and civil aviation transportation.

Seven, the payment method
(1) Each tour group should attach the following documents within 1 month after the itinerary is completed (if the tour is out in December, it must be before December 31, 110), and send it to this bureau by personal delivery or registered mail for review (sending address: Tainan City Government Tourism and Tourism Bureau, 10th Floor, No. 6, Yonghua Road, Anping District, Tainan City, Tainan City Government Tourism Service Section), and the review order shall be based on the date of acceptance; funding can only be processed after the information is free of omissions and errors.
