2021 Hupi Dawn in Xinhua (painting) Hutoupi New Year's Day Children's Sketching Competition, co-sponsored by Hutoupi Scenic Area Management Office and Tainan Fine Arts Association. This competition is divided into high grade, middle grade, low grade and junior high school. Kindergarten and other 4 groups, and register by appointment. On New Year’s Day from 9:00 to 12:00, the painting will be done on-site. After receiving the documents, a review committee consisting of pre-appointed experts will immediately conduct the review. The winners will be awarded bonuses, gifts or certificates, with a maximum bonus of 3,000 yuan. Anyone who participates in the competition and returns the painting author will receive a participation gift.
There are three consecutive holidays on New Year’s Day this year. On New Year’s Day, participants with special discounts can enter the park for free. Accompanied family members can enjoy half-price entry. The whole family is welcome to come to the park for picnics and music performances.
