109 Tainan Local Industry Small Travel Promotion Project
1. The purpose of the plan: As the domestic new crown pneumonia epidemic slows down, in order to attract people from all over the country to travel to Tainan and boost Tainan's tourism industry, we will jointly market and promote Tainan's agricultural products with Tainan travel operators, and encourage travel operators to package their trips and send guests there. Tainan’s recreational farms, tourist factories, and tourist amusement industries hope to boost consumer confidence in the Chinese people and drive new opportunities in the international travel market.
2. Organizer: Tainan City Government Tourism and Tourism Bureau

4. Objects of subsidy: The applicant for this case should be a domestic legally established travel industry, and the planned project itinerary should be reviewed by this bureau before it meets the subsidy of this case.
5. Subsidy items and quota
The itinerary requires at least one night of legal accommodation in Tainan, and must meet at least one of the following five subsidy items, and apply based on the eligible items.
(1) During the period of agricultural product marketing activities in various administrative districts of Tainan City, a subsidy of NT$ 200 per person will be provided for traveling to the administrative district .

(4) To travel to Tainan City's sightseeing and amusement industry, a subsidy of NT$ 100 per person for admission fee will be provided .
(5) Double-decker buses (over 20 people; chartered or general routes are acceptable ) for the tour , and a daily subsidy of NT$ 2,000 .
Sixth, review criteria for the itinerary of this case
(1) In this case, you need to stay in Tainan for at least one night before meeting the subsidy requirements.
(2) The subsidy in this case is limited to weekday accommodation days ( Sunday to Thursday ) , and holidays are not included in the scope of subsidy.
(3) Accommodation must be arranged in tourist hotels, inns, and guest houses that have legally obtained licenses or registrations within the city, and use legal transportation.
(4) In addition to the items listed above, all operations shall comply with the provisions of the travel industry management rules.
(5) The itinerary proposed by the industry should be reviewed by the Bureau at least five working days before the departure date (the application form is shown in Annex 1), and the accepting unit will issue the approval code for use in future applications. If the accepted application quota has been When the upper limit is reached, the case will stop accepting applications.
(6) The form of soliciting customers by the industry may accept online orders from passengers on the Internet in accordance with the travel industry management rules.
(7) The business operator should actually implement the approved itinerary. If the itinerary needs to be adjusted, it must be reported to this bureau.
(8) The discounted tour fee paid by the travel agency and the subsidy paid by the Bureau shall be reported for business tax in accordance with the value-added and non-value-added business tax laws.
Seven, the payment method
(1) Each tour group should attach the following documents within 1 month after the itinerary is completed (if the tour is out in December, it must be before December 31, 109), and send it to this bureau by personal delivery or registered mail for review ( sending address: Tainan City Government Tourism and Tourism Bureau , 10th Floor , No. 6 , Yonghua Road, Anping District , Tainan City, Tainan City Government Tourism Service Division ) , and the review order is based on the date of acceptance; funding can only be handled after the information is free of omissions and errors.
(2) Documents for applying for this plan:
1. Application Form for Subsidy Appropriation ( Annex 2 )
2. Itinerary ( the travel photos from the administrative area during the industrial activity period must be attached as supporting information )
3. Tour group liability insurance policy ( certificate )
4. The list of passengers approved and approved by the hotel industry in this city ( including the passenger ID number and telephone number )
5. Photocopy of the rental vehicle
6. List of total expenditures ( Annex III )
7. Original vouchers ( original ) for transportation, entrance fees and accommodation fees
8. Receipt ( Annex 4 )
9. Ending book ( Annex 5 )
10. Cover copy of passbook of financial institution
(3) The original vouchers mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be written off in the original, and shall not be replaced by photocopies or receipts for collection and transfer. If the application fails to comply with the prescribed procedures or fails to submit the required documents, the Bureau may not accept it; after review, if it is necessary to supplement or correct the relevant documents and materials, or the proof is found to be suspicious, the Bureau may request a deadline to supplement, explain or provide relevant supporting documents; Can supplement, explain, or provide relevant supporting documents; fail to supplement, explain or provide relevant supporting documents within the time limit, or fail to comply with the provisions of this plan after review, the Bureau may not grant subsidies, and simply reject the subsidy application.
(4) Those who submit an application beyond the time limit specified in Paragraph 1 ( relied by the postmark ) may not be accepted. However, in the case of the preceding paragraph, further applications shall be deemed to be submitted within the time limit specified in the first paragraph. If 15 working days from the day after the notification is exceeded ( based on the postmark ) , the application will not be accepted.
(5) This plan cannot be applied repeatedly with other subsidy plans ( plans ) of the central and local governments .
